Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have not received any aromatherapy treatment in the last month Have no known allergies or sensitivities to Matricaria chamomile essential oil

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with health anxiety and/or sleep disorders Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental disorders

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Health anxiety, sleep quality. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 24 hours later, the sleep quality questionnaire will be completed. Health anxiety will be completed immediately and 24 hours later. Method of measurement: , Saint Mary's sleep quality and SHAI short health anxiety questionnaire will be used.
