Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full consciousness Minimum literacy for counting numbers Not receiving medication at the same time with subcutaneous injection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Death of the patient discharge before 48 hours receipt of intravenous anticoagulant for any reason
