Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with proximal ureteral stones with a diameter greater than 10 mm Age more than 18 years Stones less than 10 mm in diameter that did not respond to medical treatment Grade I or II status according to American Society of Anesthesiologists criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Underlying diseases that make surgery a high risk for the patient Suffering from contraindications to general anesthesia due to severe cardiopulmonary disease attack Contraindications of spinal anesthesia from coagulopathy attack, hypovolemia, or lumbar skin infection. Unwillingness of patients to participate in the study.
