Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Indications for Mandibular Third Molars Extraction 18 - 40 years old Bilateral impacted or semi-impacted third molars Class A or B and I or II impaction pattern

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled Diabetes Hypertension Hyperalgesia Psychological Disorders History of analgesics in previous 24 h Pregnancy and Lactation Ketorolac Contraindication
