Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having the desire and ability to participate and continue studying Living in Tehran for at least one year before studying According to the criteria stated in the definition of the words, the older adults are part of the first or second group. (The first group are normal elderly who are healthy, they can take care of themselves and participate in social activities. They probably have a chronic disease, but its severity is under control due to their healthy behaviors or drugs. The second group of high-risk elderly are the elderly who are at risk of complications of chronic diseases or their increase in severity.) The elderly or their caregivers have access to and the ability to use a smartphone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: older adults or her/ his caregiver suffering from a special disease , which makes it impossible to participate in the study Participation of the older adults or their caregivers in a previous similar study
