Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Having a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher 2. Employment for at least six months in the emergency department 3. Willingness to participate and cooperate in research 4. Having consent to review their written nursing reports in the patients' files by the research team

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not participating in documentation training sessions 2.Refusing to cooperate during the study 3. Retirement or transition or completion of the manpower plan during the intervention period and one month after

The percentage of nurses who wrote standardized documention. Timepoint: Measurement of nurses'documention at the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 30 days after the start of the intervention.
