Inclusion criteria: At least one year of employment in the intensive care unit Failure to participate in alarm management courses so far or while participating in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue cooperation in research Not completing the questionnaires or completing the questionnaire incompletely Failure to attend training sessions for more than one session

Alarm fatigue can disrupt medical care and lead to adverse outcomes for the patient, because with the increase in false alarms, the response rate of nurses and the correct management of alarms decreases. Timepoint: Determining the impact of the monitor alarm management program on the level of alarm fatigue and occupational stress of nurses in the special care departments of Khatam Al-Anbiya Hospital in 1403 before and after training in the workshop is investigated through a questionnaire. Method of measurement: The method of data collection in this study will be by using the technique of observation and completing a three-part questionnaire of demographic information, alarm fatigue and job stress.
