The Effect of 12 Weeks of Combined Exercise During Dialysis With Curcumin Supplementation on Serum Sclerostin Concentration and MGP Protein in Hemodialysis Disease. Timepoint: To measure the effect of 12 weeks of combined exercises during dialysis with curcumin supplementation on serum concentrations of sclerostin and MGP protein, blood samples were collected in two stages at the beginning of the dialysis session (before the exercise period, and after the end of 12 weeks of exercise). Method of measurement: Serum MGP and sclerostin factors were measured by ELISA.
