Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First surgical experience Full consciousness Familiarity with Persian No speech, hearing, or vision impairment Access to a mobile phone Having hemodynamic stability Surgeries that can be performed under general anesthesia No use of anti-anxiety medications, psychiatric medications, drugs, or alcohol No known depression or anxiety, severe psychiatric disorders such as psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, or panic disorder
