Inclusion criteria: Candidate patients for elective gynecological surgeries (hysterectomy, oophorectomy and ovarian cyst, cancer) Women over 18 years old and under 80 years old Willingness of patients to participate in research Not receiving corticosteroids or immunosuppressive drugs
