Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: candidate for femur or tibia fracture surgery Having an indication for spinal anesthesia
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: history of hypersensitivity or adverse reaction to fentanyl or pethidine or known hypersensitivity to local anesthetics anatomical abnormalities at the injection site drug abuse kidney and liver diseases
