Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women With Urinary Incontinence Who have Suffered From Back Pain For at Least three Months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Persistent Back Pain and a Score of More than 8. History of Urinary Infection, Neurological Bladder, Hormone Treatments Spine or Pelvic Floor Surgeries, Excessive Obesity, Nerve Compression Spinal Stenosis Disc Herniation Rheumatic Inflammatory Disease A History of Hip or Spine Fracture, Osteoporosis Ankylosing Spondylitis, Sacroiliac joint Disorder Smoking or Alcohol use, Diabetes who cannot Do Exercises or the Patient's Unwillingness to do Exercises will be Excluded from the Study.
