Inclusion criteria: normal gingiva without periodontitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no history of mouthwash or antibiotic use in two previous week no use of corticosteroied

Streptococcus mutans. Timepoint: before, immediately after and 20 days after treatment. Method of measurement: colony count.	—
