Method of measurement: Van Fleet's Homelessness Questionnaire (2001):.;Mania is a mood disorder that causes changes in a person's behavior. A person in a manic state may show a sense of vitality and excessive activity that is not normal. Normally, mania is one of the phases of bipolar disorder, which is experienced as manic periods. Timepoint: The phase of this study will be semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with experimental and control groups. Method of measurement: Yang et al.'s mania scale (2001):.;One of the most stable characteristics of mania sufferers is emotional instability, and people with emotional instability have irrational thoughts and are less able to control their impulses and perform poorly in dealing with stressful situations. Emotional instability refers to traits such as irritability, restlessness, aggressiveness, irritability, changeability, impulsiveness, and being active in people with bipolar disorder.
