Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Men and women from 18 to 80 years 1.5= serum Creatinin or GFR=60ml/min Blood pressure less than 140/90 mmhg Platelet count within normal range

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled blood pressure Patients with one kidney Patients with small kidneys In case of hydronephrosis or pyonephrosis If there is kidney cancer Patients with active urinary tract infection Patients with coagulation disorders Patients with severe obesity Patients with Cr60ml/min

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The occurrence of hematuria after biopsy will decrease and the formation of hematoma will also decrease. Timepoint: The onset time of Conjugated Estrogen is about 6 hours and the maximum effect is 5-7 days with a duration of effect of 14-21 days. Method of measurement: Stenography for measuring the size of the hematoma and Hemoglobin test to measure the amount of Hemoglobin drop.
