Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children from 6 months to 14 years referred to Beheshti Hospital clinic in Kashan The patient's lack of recent antibiotic use Clinical diagnosis of acute bacterial sinusitis, based on clinical criteria and diagnosis and confirmation by a pediatric infectious disease specialist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sinusitis over 4 weeks Failure to use antibiotics correctly Nasal obstruction due to nasal deviation or nasal polyps History of chronic sinusitis or allergic rhinitis
