Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile men with severe non-obstructive azoospermia are unresponsive to medical treatment Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Platelet disorders or blood clotting Having varicocele Proven genetic disease (such as Klinefelter, etc.) Receiving medications that are related to bleeding or clotting mechanisms Lost to follow up
