Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All nurses working in the emergency room with at least 2 months of experience working in the emergency room Having at least 6 months of clinical nursing experience Consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nurses working in other departments who come to the emergency room as a relief force
