Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All nurses working in the emergency room with at least 2 months of experience working in the emergency room Having at least 6 months of clinical nursing experience Consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses working in other departments who come to the emergency room as a relief force

MeasureTime frame
Career motivation score in Herzberg questionnaire and retention intention score in El Mak's retention intention questionnaire. Timepoint: The intervention will be carried out for 2 months and the results will be evaluated after two weeks. Method of measurement: Herzberg's occupational motivation questionnaire and L. Mak's persistence questionnaire.
