Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full impacted mandibular third molars in both arches

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic problems Radiotherapy Diabetes Bleeding problems Taking Bisphosphonate drugs for a long time

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Amount of pain based on visual analogue scale. Timepoint: 2, 4, 12, 24, 72 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Pain based on visual analogue scale.;Mouth opening based on maximum mouth opening. Timepoint: 3 days after surgery. Method of measurement: Distance between incisal edge of lower and upper incisors with caliper graduated.
