Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who need surgery for impacted third molars in the lower jaw bilaterally Under the same conditions for both surgeries Between the ages of 18 to 35

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases, smoking, pregnancy, allergies to antibiotics and anesthetics, use of antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs that alter pain perception in the 2 weeks before surgery Clinical symptoms of infection, inflammation around impacted lower third molars at the time of surgery Presence of anxiety requiring the use of analgesics or anti-anxiety medications
