Inclusion criteria: Age 6-18 years Having type 1 diabetes Having at least one episode of ketoacidosis since diagnosis HbA1c< 10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of access to the patient and the existence of distance Non-adherence to treatment

Hemoglobin A1C levels. Timepoint: It is recorded at the beginning of the study and the end of the third and sixth months. Method of measurement: This variable will be measured by taking blood samples from participants and performing tests in the Akbar Hospital laboratory.;Total daily insulin dose. Timepoint: It is recorded at the beginning of the study and the end of the third and sixth months. Method of measurement: This variable will be measured by taking blood samples from participants and performing tests in the Akbar Hospital laboratory.;Blood sugar control indicators.
