Inclusion criteria: Being a resident of Ardabil city The age of the child in preschool (5 to 6 years) Being interested in participating in training classes Written consent of parents for their child's participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Determining that the child is suffering from one of the psychological diseases Parents' unwillingness to participate in meetings
