Intervention 1: Intervention group: before the femoral artery sheath is removed each patient will received hand reflexology massage to the pituitary gland, heart, solar plexus and groin area for 20

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who is going to remove the femoral sheath after therapeutic PCI Able to speak and understand Arabic Over 18 years of age Not consuming analgesics for at least four hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who underwent successful percutaneous coronary intervention without complications that require cardiopulmonary resuscitation like pulse rate less than 60, hearing defect, visual problem, decrease level of consciousness

MeasureTime frame
The pain level of femoral artery sheath removal that can be changed by reflexology or Benson relaxation technique. Timepoint: After intervention directly and before ending of sheath removal. Method of measurement: By using visual analogue scale.
