Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with coronary artery disease who suffer from refractory angina. who have not responded to medical therapy. who are also able to perform a cardiac stress test to calculate the Duke treadmill score.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who were unable to perform a cardiac stress test or had an indication to stop the test during its performance. Presence of hematoma at the puncture site. Presence of Infection at the puncture site." Presence of peripheral neuropathy and musculoskeletal disorders. Presence of radiculopathy syndromes. Receiving chemotherapy treatment. Having a contraindication to local anesthesia. Diagnosed with chronic lung diseases. Having coagulation disorders. Having bundle branch block.
