Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 30 to 70 years. Having basic literacy skills Access to a mobile phone Having an interest in collaboration and receiving training. Written informed consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participating in similar educational programs Affected by recognized psychological disorders Affected by other chronic illnesses
