Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Having at least a bachelor's degree in nursing Participating nurses should not be suffering from psychological diseases. Access to electronic tools, including smart mobile phones with Android software Be employed in any of the treatment departments of the hospital. No history of experiencing emotional crises during the last six months

MeasureTime frame
Hope, self-esteem and quality of work life of nurses. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention, immediately after its completion and one month later for follow-up. Method of measurement: Schneider's Life Expectancy-Rosenberg Self-Esteem Questionnaire and Quality of Work Life of QOWL-2 Nurses (Quality of Work Life - QOWL).
