Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 50 to 69 covered by comprehensive urban health service centers (urban bases), Shahid Sadougi University of Medical Sciences, Yazd Health Vice-Chancellor, who are registered in the Sib system as the target group for colon cancer screening and have not been screened for colon cancer until now have not done in the Sib system. Patients in other private and public centers have not had cancer screenings in the last ten years. Patients should not have obvious clinical diseases related to the digestive system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participating in the study Failure to complete the duration of the intervention Diagnosing diseases related to the digestive system that lead to diagnostic and therapeutic measures during the study Death of participants during the study

MeasureTime frame
The effectiveness of the intervention on the participation of people aged 50 to 69 in the colon cancer screening program. Timepoint: Before and 3 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: Individual interview using a semi-structured guide; Questionnaire to evaluate predisposing, enhancing and enabling factors; Consort checklist.

MeasureTime frame
The rate of fecal occult blood testing in people aged 50 to 69 in the intervention and control groups before and 3 months after the intervention. Timepoint: Before and three months after the intervention. Method of measurement: questionnaire.
