Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having at least a bachelor's degree in nursing Having at least one year of work experience in the clinical environment and at least 6 months of work experience in the intensive care unit Informed consent to participate in research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusing to continue participating in the research for any reason Transfer of the participant to another ward or termination of employment and retirement during the study Failure to complete any of the questionnaires before or after the intervention
