Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes who have symptoms related to peripheral neuropathy. Age between 30 and 70 years Be able to cooperate and communicate. Not having chronic diseases (cardiovascular, renal, and thyroid disorder) Not pregnant or breastfeeding. Not taking drugs that are effective in aggravating or alleviating neuropathy, such as tricyclic antidepressants, antipsychotics, anticonvulsants, and painkillers. Do not have other diseases such as vitamin B12 deficiency, stroke, etc., which lead to neuropathy. Based on the Michigan Diabetic Neuropathy scoring questionnaire, the patients should have moderate and severe severity of neuropathy Systolic blood pressure is higher than 110.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe sensitivity to clonidine
