MeasureTime frame
The independent variable will be checked on the following dependent variables:Moderate and high intensity resistance trainingThe independent variables include the following:Pro-inflammatory factors:TNF-a, IL6Anti-inflammatory factors:BDNF, HSP70 and ACTHand inflammatory clinical indicators:CRP, CBC-diffAnd also the inflammatory signaling pathway factor:nF-kB. Timepoint: 36 hours after resistance training with specific intensity and recovery. Method of measurement: The collection tool of this research is through blood sampling and laboratory equipment. The measurement of corticotropin is using the ELISA method. H9648 human adrenocorticotropic hormone, ACTH ELISA Kit=ZB-1032-H9648 Human Tumor Necrosis Factor-a ELISA Kit Human NF-?B ELISA kit.
