Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants must have at least two years of clinical experience in emergency or special care centers. The level of education is from master's degree to master's degree. Subjects must be between 26 and 45 years old, married, and participants must declare their commitment to attend all therapy sessions during the study period. Participants must be available to participate in regular therapy sessions scheduled by the researchers during the intervention period.All potential participants must provide informed consent indicating their willingness to voluntarily participate in the study.Participants must adhere to study research procedures, which may include completing questionnaires, participating in follow-up assessments, and providing feedback
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: . No history of receiving the treatments intended in this study and no use of other psychological treatment methods at the same time. Participants should not have a history of severe mental disorders, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder. Participants should not have severe physical conditions. which prevents their active participation in treatment sessions.
