Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mothers whose children are studying in elementary school Mothers who have mental and physical health Mothers who are willing to actively participate in educational programs and follow up research session
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The presence of a specific systemic disease in children that prevents them from following a normal diet Mothers who do not attend educational and follow-up sessions or refuse to implement the provided recommendations.
