Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Shoulder flexion range of motion. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and 6 weeks after the start of the exercises. Method of measurement: In order to measure the range of motion of the upper limb in the flexion movement, an electrogoniometer (Mobi Mod model, made in Germany) will be used.;Shoulder abduction range of motion. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and 6 weeks after the start of the exercises. Method of measurement: In order to measure the range of motion of the upper limb in the abduction movement, an electrogoniometer (Mobi Mod model, made in Germany) will be used.;Concentric and eccentric isokinetic strength of the internal rotator muscles of the arm. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and 6 weeks after the start of the exercises. Method of measurement: The dynamic strength of the internal rotator muscles of the shoulder will be evaluated by a Biodex 4 system dynamometer on the archer's shoulder.;Concentric and eccentric isokinetic strength of the external rotator muscles of the arm. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and 6 weeks after the start of the exercises. Method of measurement: The dynamic strength of the external rotator muscles of the shoulder will be evaluated by a Biodex 4 system dynamometer on the archer's shoulder.;The ratio of isokinetic isokinetic strength of the internal and external rotator muscles of the arm. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and 6 weeks after the start of the exercises. Method of measurement: The dynamic strength of internal and external rotator muscles of the shoulder will be evaluated by a Biodex 4 system dynamometer on the shoulder of the archers.;Shoulder proprioception. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and 6 weeks after the start of the exercises. Method of measurement: The proprioception of the internal rotator and external rotator muscles of the shoulder will be evaluated by a dynamometer of the Biodex 4 system on the shoulder of
