18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ischemic heart disease patients (class 1 or 2) Having reading and writing ability Age between 18-70 years Having a written consent forn for participating in the study Being aware of time, place and person Having permission from a cardiologist to do physical activity such as walking outdoors Passing at least two weeks since heart attack Having walking ability for more than 6 minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having physical or mental disabilities affecting the educational process

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Exercise capacity based on the six-minutes walk test score. Timepoint: Measuring exercise capacity at the beginning of the study and four weeks later. Method of measurement: Measuring exercise capacity based on six-minutes walk test.
