20 patients referred to Haj Dai Dermatology Clinic in Kermanshah, who have acne scars, were randomly selected and first they were anesthetized at the lesion site, then panch was performed, then filler

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age over 18 years Diagnosis of ?acne-induced scarring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Breastfeeding Non-acne scars

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reducing the depth of acne scars. Timepoint: Before starting treatment and then once every two months. Method of measurement: Photo,Clinical examination.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Satisfaction from the patient's point of view. Timepoint: Every two months and at the end of the treatment process. Method of measurement: Using a Visual Analog Scale, scoring will be done from a minimum score of zero to a maximum score of ten.;Satisfaction from the doctor's point of view. Timepoint: Every two months and at the end of the treatment process. Method of measurement: Photo viewing and clinical examination (scar depth reduction); Below 25%, 25 to 50%, 50 to 75% and above 75%.
