| Quality of Work Life. Timepoint: Participants will complete the questionnaires in three rounds. In the first round, they will complete the questionnaires before any intervention. The second round will be completed immediately after the end of the interventions. The questionnaires will be completed again by the participants in the third round, one month after the end of the interventions. Method of measurement: The Brooks Nurses' Quality of Work Life Questionnaire and the Nurses' Work Productivity Questionnaire are used. The Brooks Questionnaire includes 4 dimensions of quality of work life and has 42 questions. The Nurses' Work Productivity Questionnaire consists of 25 items. This questionnaire is rated on a five-point Likert scale from strongly disagree (1) to strongly agree (5). | — |

| Job satisfaction and stress. Timepoint: Participants will complete the shortened version of the Nurses' Job Stress Questionnaire and the Walton Quality of Life Questionnaire in three rounds. In the first round, they will complete the questionnaires before any intervention. The second round of questionnaires will be completed immediately after the end of the interventions. The questionnaires will be completed again by the participants in the third round, one month after the end of the interventions. Method of measurement: Condensed NOSS: This questionnaire was designed by Chen in 2020 to assess the level of occupational stress among nurses in the workplace and was introduced with 21 items and 9 subscales (job demands, work-family conflicts, inadequate support from colleagues or patient caregivers, violence and bullying at work, organizational issues, job hazards, problems taking leave, disability, and unmet basic physiological needs). NOSS items are scored on a 4-point Likert scale (from 1 to 4 indicating completely disagree to completely agree). The total score of the questionnaire is between 20 and 80, with a higher score indicating a higher frequency of stressors in the workplace. The overall test-retest reliability is 0.84 and the overall Cronbach's alpha is 0.89. In Iran, this questionnaire was translated and psychometrically validated by Safari et al. (1400). Cronbach's alpha and McDonald's omega coefficients for the entire scale (a=0.94 and ?=0.95) are within acceptable limits. Based on the results obtained, the remaining 20 items were placed in two factors: environmental-organizational stress and high workload stress. The environmental-organizational stress factor includes items 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 19, and 20, and the high workload stress factor includes items 1, 2, 3, 4, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18. Each subscale contains 10 items, each of which is scored between 10 and 40 (Khalasi et al., 2022, Safari Shirazi et al., 2021). | — |
