Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent cervical spine surgery Age between 18 and 90 years old Obtained Written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy or hypersensitivity to methadone or morphine patient's hesitancy or refusal for participation in the study Psychologic disorders Use of drugs that affect methadone metabolism QT length >440ms in ECG Serum levels of K35
