Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Starting diabetes medication for at least three months before the start of the study Three-month blood sugar above 7% at the beginning of the study Initiation of diabetes medication for at least three months before the start of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type 1 diabetes Having diabetes in the context of taking drugs Diabetes during pregnancy in pregnant women Diabetes caused by cystic fibrosis Inability or mental disability in such a way that she is not able to cooperate and respond and cannot write and read

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Hemoglobin A1c. Timepoint: Baseline, three months later, six months later. Method of measurement: Blood test.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Investigating the role of pharmacist interventions in the patient's cooperation in taking medicine. Timepoint: Baseline, and the sixth month. Method of measurement: Morisky Drug Treatment Adherence Questionnaire (MMAS-8).
