Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with coronary artery problems and heart valve problems who need surgery and undergo cardiopulmonary bypass pump surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: under of 18 years History of seizures before surgery History of embolism before surgery
