Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Definitive Diagnosis of Type 1 Bipolar Disorder by Psychiatric Colleagues Absence of Psychotic Disorders, Substance Abuse Based on Structured Clinical Interview for Disorders 5DSM-Clinical Version (CV-5-SCID) Absence of Severe Personality Disorders According to Milon's Theory Based on Structured Clinical Interview for 5DSM Disorders Personality Disorder Version (PD-5-SCID) Minimum Education is Diploma Knowledge of Research Objectives and Consent to Participate in Research
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Suicidal Thoughts and Attempts While Attending Meetings Participation in Psychotherapy Intervention While Attending the Research Absence in More than 3 Treatment Sessions
