Inclusion criteria: Idiopathic scoliosis Age range 12 to 16 years Cobb's angle of the main curvature between 21-40 degrees Risser sign between 2-4 Progress factor between 1.6 - 3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: True difference in length of the lower limbs History of spine or lower extremity surgery History of regular exercise Neurological, muscular or rheumatic, cardiovascular, pulmonary, renal and tumor diseases Mental problems Visual and hearing impairment BMI above 28

| Thickness and displacement of the diaphragm. Timepoint: Initial assessment before the start of the first session - final assessment at the end of the eighth session. Method of measurement: The patient will be placed in the supine position, and diaphragm sonography will be performed during normal and relaxed breathing. A transducer with a frequency of 2.5 to 5 MHz will be used. 1. Ultrasound modes are M-mode and B-mode. To record the maximum range of motion of the hemidiaphragm, the M-mode line should be perpendicular to the posterior part of the hemidiaphragm. Common positions used are the subcostal or lower intercostal position.Evaluation of right hemidiaphragm movement: The liver is used as an acoustic window to measure the movement of the right hemidiaphragm.*Probe placement:- The probe should be placed between the two midclavicular lines and between the axillary lines, just below the right costal margin.- The probe orientation should be "inward, cephalad (upward), and dorsal" to ensure that the ultrasound waves reach the posterior part of the right hemidiaphragm perpendicularly.*Observation:- After probe placement, B-mode ultrasound is used to obtain a clear view of the right hemidiaphragm.- After confirming the correct position, M-mode ultrasound is used to examine the diaphragm movement.*Measurement of movement:- Diaphragm movements during inspiration and expiration are recorded as craniocaudal displacements (vertical movement).- Inspiration leads to a shortening of the distance between the probe and the diaphragm, while expiration causes this distance to lengthen. Evaluation of left hemidiaphragm movement: The spleen is used as a window to obtain a two-dimensional image of the left hemidiaphragm.*Probe placement:- The probe should be placed subcostally along the last ribs between the anterior and posterior axillary lines to obtain an appropriate image of the left hemidiaphragm.*Observation:- Movement is recorded using M-mode ultrasound, exactly as it is for t | — |

| Angle of trunk rotation. Timepoint: Initial assessment before the first session - Secondary assessment at the end of the fourth session - Final assessment at the end of the eighth session. Method of measurement: A scoliometer will be used to measure the angle of trunk rotation. The patient will stand with their knees straight, bend forward, and hang their arms down. In this position, a scoliometer will be placed on the patient's back, and the maximum degree will be recorded for each of the thoracic, thoracolumbar, and lumbar regions.;Symmetry index of the posterior surface of the trunk. Timepoint: Initial assessment before the first session - Secondary assessment at the end of the fourth session - Final assessment at the end of the eighth session. Method of measurement: The subject will prepare for photogrammetry from a posterior view of the trunk by standing with their back to the examiner. They should space their feet apart by the length of one of their own feet. They will perform 10 repetitions of marching in place in the same position. They will normalize their head and neck through the maximum range of flexion to the minimum range over the course of 10 movements. They will then perform 3 shoulder shrugs. Subsequently, they will stand in the same position for 3 minutes so that an image can be captured from their posterior view by the examiner.;Quality of life. Timepoint: Initial assessment before the first session - Secondary assessment at the end of the fourth session - Final assessment at the end of the eighth session. Method of measurement: The SRS-22 questionnaire will be used to assess the quality of life of these patients. This questionnaire includes 22 items assessing five domains related to physical and mental health: level of functioning/activity, pain, mental health, self-concept, and satisfaction with treatment.
