Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers of children with autism Having informed consent to participate in the study Mothers who have not received similar therapeutic interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers with severe physical and mental disorders. Mothers who have faced major life changes (e.g., divorce, loss) in the past 6 months. Mothers who are unable to communicate in Persian.

Psychological Well-being. Timepoint: Before the intervention begins and after the intervention(after the completion of 12 educational sessions over 12 weeks). Method of measurement: Riff Psychological Well-Being Scale (RPWBS).
