Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Iranian firstborn Score less than 10 in the nomogram Single pregnancy, Gestational age 37-42 weeks Absence of 3rd and 4th degree tears in the perineum Absence of coagulation and medical problems Age range 18-45 No hemorrhoids or lesions in the rectum BMI less than 30 Low risk pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The occurrence of serious complications after childbirth Unusual actions The birth of a baby with Apgar lower than 7 Emergency caesarean section for any reason Any allergy to the plant compulsion receiving more than 30 units of oxytocin infusion per liter of serum or more than 10 units of intramuscular oxytocin as prophylaxis for third-stage postpartum hemorrhage
