Inclusion criteria: Students in the age group of 14-19 years Obtaining the minimum required score in Beck's desperation test Desire to cooperate and participate in research Ability to communicate Attend meetings

Hopelessness score in Beck Hopelessness Questionnaire. Timepoint: Measure the frustration score before the study and at the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Beck's frustration questionnaire.
