Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: having minimum reading and writing literacy, the ability to make phone calls and the ability to use one of the messaging applications, not suffering from cognitive and psychological disorders known by self-report, mothers not participating in similar studies

Measure	Time frame
Increasing the score of Zarit's care burden questionnaire and Conner-Davidson's resilience compared to before the intervention. Timepoint: At the beginning of the intervention and then at the end of the study and eight weeks after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Using Zarit's Care Burden and Conner-Davidson's Resilience Questionnaire.	—
