Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Being a family member (father, mother, child, spouse, sister, or brother) of the patient who is involved in the decision-making process for the patient Aged between 18 and 65 years Having visited the patient at least once during the ICU stay and stayed in the hospital for at least 2 hours No prior experience of a close relative being admitted to an intensive care unit Not being the caregiver of another patient in the family Not being a member of a healthcare team No history of psychological disorders (based on self-report) No hearing impairment, communication difficulties, or any condition that would interfere with cooperation with the research team

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who withdraw consent to continue participation in the study Caregivers whose patients are re-admitted to the ICU due to deterioration in their condition Caregivers whose patients pass away during the study period
