Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: 10 psychological capital training sessions individually and twice a week and each session lasts 45 minutes. Intervention 2: Control group: There is no intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physical health Active membership in at least one sports team (individual or group) Not having a psychiatric disorder No use of psychiatric drugs Not receiving similar training in the last 6 months Not going to the psychologist and receiving psychotherapy services now and in the last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: not having sports activity in the last year Age below 18 years Completely illiterate (neither reading nor writing)

Competitive anxiety. Timepoint: before the start of the intervention and immediately after the end of the intervention and 30 days after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Besharat et al. competitive anxiety questionnaire.;Sports perfectionism.
