Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All trauma patients referred to Shohada Haftam Tir Hospital diagnosed with head trauma Patients in the age group above 18 years Family members including spouse or other adults aged 18 and above Being literate in reading and writing Lack of previous participation in educational programs related to the research topic Failure of the caregiver to take care of another patient at the same time, except for the sick patient The passing of at least three months from the patient's illness to the head trauma The first experience of caring for a patient suffering from head trauma Having a moderate to severe level of dependence of the patient based on Barthel's criteria No known history of mental and nervous disorders in the caregiver Not being a member of the caregiver in the medical and therapeutic staff

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Caregiver's non-participation in 2-3 training sessions The observer's unwillingness to continue participating in the research The patient died during the study period

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Self-efficacy of head trauma patients and their caregivers. Timepoint: before the intervention and three months after the training. Method of measurement: Stroke self-efficacy questionnaire (patients)/Sharer self-efficacy questionnaire (caregivers).
