Inclusion criteria: Being male Having the age between 15 and 18 years old Not participating in psychological interventions during the last six months Having psychiatric health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in intervention sessions simultaneously with the intervention of this research Lack of consent to participate in the study
