Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least 60 years old Willingness and informed consent to participate in the study No acute or chronic illnesses limiting participation in the intervention No significant emotional or physical events (such as a major accident or family loss) in the past month. Ability to communicate verbally Medically approved ability to perform light physical exercises MMSE score = 24, indicating adequate cognitive function. Residency in Tehran

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue participation or absence from more than one training session

MeasureTime frame
Happiness score of older adults as measured by the total score of the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire. Timepoint: Happiness will be measured at two time points: immediately before the start of the intervention and immediately after completion of the intervention period. Method of measurement: Happiness will be measured using the Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, a 29-item self-report questionnaire with four response options for each item, scored and summed to obtain a total happiness score.
